Bala Nikyu, former Niger Tornadoes boss, has accepted to be the head coach of Nasarawa United.
According to a club source, Nikyu has agreed to a one year deal, which will soon be officially announced by the club’s management.
The former Wikki Tourists and Katsina United coach is returning to the familiar terrain for the third time in his career.
He is known for stabilising average teams, and therefore he is expected to develop a solid team that Nasarawa United fans will be proud of.
The Solid Miners will be featuring in the Abridged 2018/19 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season which kickoffs on December 1, 2018.
Kabiru Dogo recently resigned after a five-year stint at Nasarawa United.
