Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, on Friday, April 5, 2019 met with former British Prime Minister, Tony Blair.
Vice President Osinbajo received the former British PM who led a delegation from the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
The meeting, which lasted over 30 minutes, was said to have held behind closed doors.
State House correspondents were not allowed to speak to Blair at the end of the meeting.
But a tweet from the government disclosed that the institute, as well as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, would be supporting the Delivery Unit in the Presidency regarding some critical sectors of the nation’s economy.
